Historic Downtown Paris

Virtually all of downtown Paris, Kentucky is a 96-acre Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the town features the eight-member Paris Antiques & Gallery District, a Walking Tour of historic buildings, the nationally accredited Wallis Arboretum, the award-winning Hopewell Museum, the oldest standing tavern (Duncan Tavern) in the state of Kentucky, a micro-brewery, a micro-distillery, more than ten downtown restaurants and a dozen boutiques for guaranteed friendly shopping.

  1. Great little town. I photographed it extensively during my visit. Wish Amy had time to visit Frames on Main and the courthouse.
